Kru Somchai started along the yogic path by spending time in the monk hood under the Therevada tradition. It was there that he started the practice of Thai Chi and yoga together. Formerly he used to teach both Thai Chi and yoga as both disciplines in his mind were quite similar linking breath to movement. Currently Kru Somchai teaches strictly yoga as he feels most capable of lapsing into a state of meditation through The yogic arts. Over the twenty years of his practice Kru Somchai has watched his body become extremely flexible, his posture change completely and all former injuries on his body have ceased to cause him pain. Kru Somchai's classes are a mix of Iyengar, Vinyasa, and power yoga which he blends seamlessly together and caters it strictly to all levels
Kru Lek has witnessed her entire life change over her seventeen years of yoga. Previous to discovering the practice she was the victim of poor health; suffering from liver problems as well as a serious inner ear problem making it near impossible to maintain balance. Through perserverance and dedication Kru Lek has transformed her body into one that's comfortable, healthy, and strong. Starting yoga in her late thirties was a daunting experience but one that she found only benefited her and she is adamant that no matter at what age yoga is available. She claims that listening to your inner voice and going at your own pace you can realize the miracles you have been waiting for. Kru Lek's classes are diverse and interesting; focusing on alignment and technique to accomplish poses and tame ones mind.
