Sareerarom is the only spa in Bangkok that offers regular yoga classes taught by skillful international yoga teachers who teach in both English and Thai.  

We offer two types of yoga, Iyengar Yoga which makes use of slow, calming postures, and Vinyasa Yoga, also known as power yoga, which is more demanding and fast-paced for those who enjoy a vigorous workout.
